Kōrero mō te Tūranga | About the Role
This newly created role provides leadership and coordination across our Creative team and Digital Print Services, ensuring workflow quality and resources are aligned to deliver exceptional outputs.
You’ll oversee daily production across design and print, manage timelines and priorities, and remove roadblocks that impact delivery. As a people leader, you’ll set clear direction, support capability development, and help build an engaged, high performing team. You will also play a key part in aligning creative intent with practical execution, continuously improving processes, and maintaining strong relationships with internal clients and external vendors.
This role enables our designers to focus on creative excellence, while you ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality operational delivery.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate day to day production workflow across design and print
- Manage schedules, resources, and prioritisation to meet deadlines and maintain quality
- Act as the main contact point for print and production queries across the organisation
- Identify and implement process improvements to lift efficiency and customer experience
- Lead, coach, and support your team to foster a high performance, aligned, and engaged culture

You’ll bring a blend of production management expertise, people leadership, and a calm, solutions focused approach to keeping work moving at pace. You’re organised, confident managing multiple priorities, and great at building relationships across a busy organisation.
Ideally, you'll have experience leading creative or print production environments and know how to get the best out of both people and processes. You care about quality, understand how to optimise workflow, and can spot bottlenecks before they become problems.
