Kōrero mō te Tūranga | About the Role
As a Senior BI Analyst, you’ll transform data into actionable insights that informdecisions and support business processes. You’ll lead the design and delivery of robust analytics and technology solutions, ensuring alignment with our Data Strategy and enterprise architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders to understand data needs and recommend solutions
- Design and deliver BI dashboards, reports, and data models
- Drive data literacy and provide training across the organisation
- Collaborate with data architects and engineers to implement solutions
- Contribute to data governance and best practice standards

About You
You’re an experienced data professional with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You can translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
Mātau ā-Wheako | Experience
You’ll be tertiary qualified in data analytics, information systems or similar along with:
- 7+ years’ experience in data analysis and BI, including 3+ years in senior roles
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Python/R, and data modelling
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to lead, mentor and influence best practice
