  • Demonstrate a sound learning behaviour of the systems leadership theory,

You’ll bring a diverse range of experience and background in analysing problems, leading change, and supporting innovation. You’ll enjoy connecting people, processes, and systems, and developing your skills in response to business and community needs.  As we work on a breadth of projects and initiatives, your interest will expand beyond the realm of digital.

To enjoy this role, you’ll have:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Business, Finance
  • A knowledge of systems leadership theory, intervention theory and project methodologies and experience implementing work as part of a team is desirable
  • Experience in analysing & implementing business process development, information systems, leading change, and knowledge management
  • Experience in business analysis, production of business cases, requirements, & functional specification documentation
  • Ability to develop strong effective relationships
  • Experience in guiding strategic change across diverse services and stakeholder groups
  • Proven results with problem and outcome definition, & project delivery
