Kōrero mō te Tūranga | About the Role

Working In our Public Transport team, you’ll help refine and coordinate our current processes for project management, whilst following best practice in our organisation. You’ll engage with staff and stakeholders to optimise our work and add value to our community. Internally you will ensure our systems and processes make it easy to do business and provide direct support to Public Transport projects, this will give you great exposure across all aspects of Public Transport work.

 

Mōu │ About You

You may have recently graduated with a formal qualification, or you may already be working in a similar role.  Coordination is key, as this role will have you multitasking across different projects, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders whilst learning from experts.

You’ll have a keen eye for detail and be capable of working to deadlines to ensure the projects are in scope, on schedule, and in budget.  As a natural team player – you will be confident to work independently and equally, work well within a team collaborating easily with key colleagues.

  • Role model accountability for processes and documentation management.
  • Comfortable facilitating training environments.
  • Able to lead conversations with PT leaders and team members in your subject area.
