Kōrero mō te Tūranga | About the Role
We make positive environmental outcomes become reality through the processing of resource consents. This role supports a team of Consent Planners focused on a specific area of our region to ensure the efficient processing of resource consent applications.
You’ll also be responsible for:
- Maintaining regulatory records and databases
- Lodging technical & cultural advice requests on behalf of Consent Planners
- Ensure customer queries are handled effectively
- Schedule, coordinate, & support internal & external meetings
- Upskill others in the use of systems, databases, & processes
- High service delivery, making it easy for clients to do business with us

Mōu │ About You
Naturally, you’ll be an expert at providing high-quality administration support and have at least 3 years of proven experience in an administration-based role or similar. You’ll be a natural communicator as you collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to get quick outcomes.
